Mel has been helping people buy and sell their homes both in the UK and abroad for more than 20 years. Buying a new or first home is such a significant life event and she has always loved being part of that journey so in 2022 she decided to set up a new kind of estate agency in her adopted home town of Frome, Somerset.

As a serial mover (now on her 17th move including 6 international ones) she has extensive personal experience of the selling and buying process with all its ups and downs and knows what makes a good property partner. She offers a different kind of service that you just can't find on the High Street - a bespoke one which is tailored to the needs of both you and your home and a personal one where she is with you every step of the way from initial valuation right through to handing over the keys to the new owners. Working with just a small number of clients means she can focus on offering an excellent service that will sell your house for the best price with the least amount of stress.
Mel will always be completely honest with you, give you frank advice about the best way to stage and sell your house and even help with finding tradesmen if any work needs to be done to maximise its appeal. Having worked in the new homes market for a number of years (developers take note!) she has been involved with creating beautiful show homes and knows how to make your house stand out.

Since returning to the UK in 2010 after bringing up her children in rural France she has lived in both Wiltshire and Somerset . It's an area she knows well and absolutely loves so she can be the best advocate for your property and the best partner in your property search or sale.

Mel is also a feng shui practitioner so if you want her to bring a bit of Chinese metaphysics to your sale she is happy to help. She also plays in a ukulele covers band with a repertoire from Abba to ZZ Top too so she could maybe provide a musical accompaniment to your viewings? Actually, maybe not…
